FEIDON is a brand of Hebei Sulameder Plastic Film Material Technology Co., Ltd.. Everything we sell is cast and coated in Nanpi, Hebei — 30,000 m², 10 lines, 100,000 rolls / month at full run rate.

01 — History

Cast first,
brand later.

2012
Company founded in Nanpi, Hebei. Cast film for the domestic automotive aftermarket.
2014
PPF line rebuilt from the ground up: imported cast and coating equipment, ¥180M invested to date.
2018
FEIDON launched as a brand, aimed at 4S groups and OEM programmes rather than the open aftermarket.
2020
Cleanroom converting brought in-house. ISO 14644-1 Class 6 from slitting to packing.
2023
Nano top-coat line commissioned; ICHOS enters volume production.
2025
IATF 16949 certified. Export coverage reaches 40+ countries.

One roof, no outsourcing.

Cast film, coating, curing, slitting and packing all happen in the same building. That is unusual at this price point — most brands buy coated master rolls and convert them.
